    About Me

    I suspect like many before me who were driven to cook from scratch, it was due to food allergies and/or other dietary requirements.  I still look for timesavers due to my magical ability to make 10 minutes of preparation time turn into 30 minutes.  I can rarely make a dinner in under an hour (lol!). I am known for creating new recipes and using my family as guinea pigs.  Some are hits, others are not.  Lately I have had to learn to adapt other recipes I find to make them allergen-free.
