"Very good taste. Even after a couple of days of being open to the air, they were still quite soft and tasty without the hard chewy gluten-free taste. It's only a little gritty in the mouth, but it's something that could be said of any cookie. I did use chocolate pudding like one reviewer was going to, and it turn out tasty. Thanks for the reci..."

"This has a nice texture and a good taste. It stayed very moist even after a day or two and only got a little chewy. But all in all a great zucchini bread."

"Texture was what you'd expect from a microwaved "baked" product. Super easy to make. I think that it needs some salt. I might try it again with some salt to see if that makes it better. Great idea, though."

"i wouldn't have believed it if i hadn't made them myself, but these are so close to regular graham crackers that i can't wait to make a smores and a nice graham cracker crust for a cheese cake. i was a little skeptical at the beginning, but it all turned out so good and tasty. thanks for the recipe."

"a nice dough but a little sticky. i used a ice cream scoop instead of rolling them between my hands. the end product was nice and soft and kept really well covered with barely a hint of the gluten free chewy texture the next day. i'll make them again for a nice treat."

"nice and easy cookie to make. that nutmeg was a little bit much and i'll half it next time but the cookie was nice. i would recommend covering the cookies because they do seem to dry out a little too much to be overly tasty the next day. i also skipped the cherry since i'm not overly fond of the maraschino cherry."

"a very nice crust. i was a little worried that it wouldn't turn out nice since it seemed a little on the soft and chewy side when i first took it out of the oven, but it firmed up nicely after a quick sit on the counter. it's not as flaky as i would have hoped but it was close enough to a regular pie crust that i would've been fooled if i wouldn..."

"This is a very nice cookie. I did substitute the splenda with regular sugar and everything tasted lovely. The inside was nice and chewy with the edges being a little crusty which is to my taste. The cookie itself is easy on the mouth with very little grit being felt and they held up very nice even a couple of days down the road without the glut..."

"These waffles were great! Nice texture that was easy on the roof of the mouth. The batter was like normal waffle batter, lumps and all. The only thing I did different from the recipe was to use melted butter instead of vegetable oil (I like the buttery taste and a tsp of vanilla ( love that flavor too. I was very pleased and will make them a..."
