I'm a recipe junkie. I love to troll through the sites looking for new good things to try. I have also been recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease so I'm now on the hunt for any gluten free recipes, which I've found can be interesting.
I love any type of bread, especially ethnic specialty breads such as kuchen, kipfele, stollen, or anything like that.
I'm also into any type of tomato bases sauces.
Now, for obvious reasons, I'm trying to get as knowledgeable about gluten free cooking as possible and finding that there is quite a few of good recipes here.
In the realm of food in general I'm big into trying all sorts of different types of food. I'm finding that Etheopian, Korean, and Vietnamese food are incredibly flavorful and unique to this mid-westerner.
