    "Wonderful recipe! I had to make a castle for social studies with it. Me and my mom have no complaints whatsoever. At first it seemed very dry but with a little more elbow grease, we got it to a firm dough perfect for a large gingerbread castle.Thank-you"

    "I made this for my family. My sister, a very picky eater will not leave it alone! The flavour is wonderful and same with the texture. I found it took a little bit longer to bake than recomended but overall it is a wonderful recipe!! Thank-you!"
