"This is one of those recipes that makes you wish there were more than 5 stars! I cannot describe how good this cauliflower was! It was incredible and got a thumbs up from my whole family, including my picky veggie-hating kids. Thanks for a great recipe."

"Thanks for this recipe! I made this tonight and the rice came out really nice. My youngest said it tasted as good as white rice (which we are trying to now avoid). I did have to cook it longer than stated. Next time I will substitute chicken or beef broth for all or part of the water."

"I made this tonight and it was very good. I used low sodium soy sauce, omitted the sherry, and substituted sugar twin brown sugar. I also used chicken breast rather than drumsticks and marinated them about four hours. My sons really liked this and it will become a regular around here."

"This recipe has been a favorite of our family for a long time! The only difference in the way I make it is that I don't add the water. I also add 1-2 cans of canned baby potatoes (drained) and they come out great!"
