"Even though I am a Southerner, pimento cheese never appealed to me until I decided to make it this past year. I am now sold on pimento cheese, specifically this recipe. It is easy to make and fantastic! My husband loves the spice of the hot sauce. I served it at a cocktail party and one guest even identified it as this recipe as it is so good...."

"Wonderful recipe! I tend to double or triple the green beans and just drain and dump in a 9" x 13" pan sprinkle with the bacon and pour the sauce over the beans and bacon. Always devoured!"

"Wonderful recipe! Very simple and easy to put together. The garlic butter isn't available in my stores, so I added the chives, parsley, paprika, dill and pepper. Thanks for posting the recipe and the ingredients in the garlic butter."

"My husband said this recipe resulted in my best effort yet at Chicken and Dumplings. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and left out the celery. The amount of chicken and dumplings was almost too much for the amount of liquid, but next time I'll just add more chicken broth. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!"
