    "I've been searching for the best Spanish rice recipe for awhile for a special office meeting. This is the recipe I will use. I used the diced tomato brand "RO*TEL Mild Diced tomatoes and Green Chilies" and it came out with a medium hot season, but tasted excellent.     "Very good. However, the first time I made it, the white wine vinegar was overpowering and gave a strong vinegar taste and it was much too tart. I made it a second time, used seasoned rice vinegar and it was surpurb!"
