Baking is my therapy when I need it. Love to try new and old recipes. Searching for a recipe for a Boston Cream Pie made in an old chinese restaurant from many years ago that was not made with vanilla pudding. But was made with something that looked like white or clear gelatin like filling. It actually looked like coconut milk and had a very light sweet taste.
