"I reduced the cabbage by one cup and upped the carrots by 1 cup and this was just fabulous! Definately needs to sit in the fridge overnight for best flavor. Everyone at our family reunion loved it! Didn't have any buttermilk on hand, so I soured milk with white vinegar and it still turned out perfect! Thanks for the recipe!!"

"Amazing!! I made this as a dessert..used all brown sugar and added walnuts along with the pecans in the topping. It was delicious and even though I doubled the recipe the pan was empty at the end of the dinner party! All of my inlaws have requested that I bring this to the up comming holiday dinners. :"

"This cobbler is fabulous!! I made a few changes though and it turned out exactly like the cobbler my grandma used to make before she passed. For the peach mixture I mixed in dark brown sugar instead of the regular sugar (and added a teaspoon of vanilla, I added cinnamon- both in the flour mixture and sprinkled a bit on top.
