I am currently a nursing student with a lot of passions, one of which is food! I love trying to cook new things, but since im on a budget, I am only able to cook here and there. I find myself thinking a lot about new dishes that i could create, but don't have the resources currently to try out. I just cant wait to finish with my school so that i can start working full-time and buy certain ingredients that i've been wanting to work with for a long time!
My favorite food is Japanese food, followed by Korean food as a close second.
My favorite dish would have to be either Tonkastu or Ramen(which originated in Chinese cooking)
My favorite restaurant? I'm not sure if i have one favorite, but there is this dish i get at "Houston's" restaurant in L.A. that i love above all other sandwich type dishes, which is the Prime Rib French dip. Since i must put it in words how good this dish is, I'd say that it is simply "Mebrosia" Ambrosia's(Fruit of the gods) meat counterpart. Also known as "Meat butter", because the meat just melts in your mouth like warm butter.
Sounds good huh?! Well It's even better than i've described! So go try it!
