"I just made this for the 2nd time. First time i made a large cake, this time I made cupcakes. Absolutely outstanding. I made the cake mix exactly to the recipe. The quantities in this recipe made 26 cupcakes (although 2 disappeared during the baking process.... hehe. This meant I had to make an extra half batch of frosting to cover them all...."

"Fantastic dish, so easy and quick to make, and the flavours are fab. I made this for a friend coming round for dinner and will be making this again soon. I used fresh tomatoes rather than canned but may try with canned next time to make it more saucey."

"Great recipe. I found I had to double the spices and add curry powder to get it to my taste. I added in about 6 tablespoons of yogurt when it had about 5 mins of cooking time left. Also added in fresh corriander at the end. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Very tasty little number. Receipe is bang on - burgers held together well. I didn't have a lime so I had to use lemon but I've made a full batch and froze some, so I'll hopefully try them with lime soon! I'll write another review to say how well they defrosted."
