    "I just made this for the 2nd time. First time i made a large cake, this time I made cupcakes. Absolutely outstanding. I made the cake mix exactly to the recipe. The quantities in this recipe made 26 cupcakes (although 2 disappeared during the baking process.... hehe). This meant I had to make an extra half batch of frosting to cover them all. ..."

    "Fantastic dish, so easy and quick to make, and the flavours are fab. I made this for a friend coming round for dinner and will be making this again soon. I used fresh tomatoes rather than canned but may try with canned next time to make it more saucey."

    Hi, I'm a 23 year old Veggie. I'm not a fan of processed foods and I like to cook things myself instead. When I make a dish I like I tend to make it over and over again, which means I have a few things that I can cook really, really well, but I'm looking to expand my reportoire. I'm not a fan of quorn or any sort of fake-meat products.

    Favorite Foods

    Veggie Bean Chili, Risotto with spinach tomato and cheese, Saag Aloo, Bean Burgers, Lentil Hot Pot, Carrot and Celery Soup, and anything with garlic cheese!
