    "I made this for Christmas morning brunch as well. Everyone LOVED it! I either use ham from a bar-b-q restaurant or good quality deli smoked ham. The left overs were just as good the next day! "

    "I did not care for this soup. I felt it was too thick and I didn't like the flavor of the carots or nutmeg in the soup. Also, I do not care for sharp cheddar cheese much so that didn't help. No offense to chefnini, it's probably my taste buds that are out of sinc."
