"Very good recipe, I also added cinnamon instead of nutmeg. You can make mini cookies by using a melon baller as a scoop, bu you have to adjust the bake time. I baked them for 12-13 minutes. and they were done in the middle. 14-15 minutes made them crisper and a bit dry. I'd bake them again...."

"Was wonderfully creamy, but a little bland and needed to be thickened just a smidge. So I ended up tweaking it with a little flour, roasted garlic, and some chopped spinach. A good way to sneak in a leafy green."

"These were spectacular! Moist, cakey texture. They get really sticky though, had a hard time getting them out of the pan even though I buttered it well. Next time I'll probably use paper baking cups. I omitted the raisins and added cinnamon. Definitely the best muffins I ever baked...."
