    Reviewed Potato'n Salmon Cakes

"Delicious! I made only 2 changes. I used ground up oatmeal instead of flour and bread crumbs. I also baked it after spraying each patty with cooking spray on both sides. I cooked it for 30 minutes. 15 minutes at 450 and 15 minutes at 400. I couldn;t decide on the temp. I also flipped them after 15 minutes. They were very crunchy and delicious...."

"I also loved this recipe but had to make some changes to reduce the number of calories.
I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil; half the butter and sugar; and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon instead of a teaspoon.
I also mixed the butter, sugar, and cinnamon together into a paste for easy spreading and even distribution.

    Reviewed Family Favorite Oatmeal Pancakes

"I would definitely make again. I ground the whole grain quick oats, used applesauce instead of oil, used whole wheat flour, added vanilla (1 tsp per 1/2 cup flour/oats combo), and let completed mixture sit for 5 minutes. It was a thick, solid pancake...no mushiness. It also tasted good when I added flax seed meal."

    Reviewed Family Favorite Oatmeal Pancakes

"I would definitely make again. I ground the whole grain quick oats, doubled the sugar, used applesauce instead of oil, used whole wheat flour, added vanilla (1 tsp per 1/2 cup flour/oats combo), and let completed mixture sit for 5 minutes. It was a thick, solid pancake...no mushiness. Next time, I will try adding flax seed meal."

"Extremely fluffy; maybe even overly so (It may be because I let it rest 10 minutes)
The only changes I made was unsweetened apple sauce instead of butter and added a tsp of vanilla extract
    Perfect pancakes"
