    "I used 1.8lbs of boneless pork loin pieces (ended up being 6 porkchops basically. Threw it all in the crockpot on low for 4 hours, and it was done. Added about 2 tbls of cornstarch to thicken up the gravy at the end. Served with homemade rolls and red potato mashed potatoes with most of the skins removed. Mmmmm!"

    "This soup is absolutely amazing! And WOW, can we say EASY! I have made this countless times now in 2mths. I did what other said, and that was put as many potatoes as the broth would hold. So it's more like 6cups of cut small potatoes. Makes a great recipe to give to a new mom who had a new baby."

    "This was wonderful! I didn't have any mushrooms, or green pepper, and it was still quite delectable. I also only had diced tomatoes, and they worked well. I did what others suggested, and that was to double all of the spices. I also added a large garlic clove. This was a bit rich, so I think next time I might cut back on the cheese. The kids..."
