"This was really good! I stayed pretty close to the recipe...except I added 3 cooked/cubed boneless chicken breasts, some salt & pepper, and a shake garlic powder. It baked beautifully and was delicious."

"Everyone in my family loved this recipe! I took the advice of many others here and doubled the sauce. I served it over jasmine rice with steamed broccoli on the side. What a hit...DEFINITELY a keeper!"

"After seeing Jamie & Paula make these, I knew I had to try them. They were very simple to make, and they were delicious! I did have trouble reducing the sauce, so I mixed 2 T. corn starch to 1/4 C. water and added it. The sauce thickened perfectly and the chops were beautifully glazed. Another great recipe from Paula!!! "

"As a previous reviewer stated, it was a little messy, but well worth the effort. I also did not use the cognac or gravy mix...just the beef broth and mushroom soup. (I did use a little flour to thicken the sauce! My husband loved it! I'll definitely make this again."
