    Been cooking nearly 30 years now for myself, family, and friends.  In my early 20s learned how to scrounge in a limited pantry and feed a dozen or so people.  In my late 20s and early 30s had the income to experiment with slightly more exotic ingredients (i.e. reggio parmesano).  In my late 30s now, and just wanted to share my discoveries with others.
