    Hmm... let's see.. Cooking is my passion... it's too bad that I work at a job totally away from the food line of business. Before we go any further .. the BGE in my name stands for BIG GREEN EGG (look for it online .. it's a wonderful barbecue) www.biggreenegg.com ... it's not some XXX rated thing.. (jeez.. the emails I get!). I think the most helpful cookbook that I own would have to be The New Doubleday Cookbook. I just love kitchen gadgets and have many of them. Besides cooking I love to sing and belong to the Sweet Adeline's International.

    I get very annoyed at people who are LATE! I think it's just as easy to be late as it is to be on time.

    Well.. thanks to all of you at Zaar for all of your terrific recipes and ideas that bring my friends and family much joy and happiness. They get to try all of my new recipes.

    Favorite Foods

    I'm a seafood lover... especially when it's accompanied by a little pasta that's been prepared with garlic and oil and Parmesan cheese. I LOVE spicy food... The hotter the better! They say that garlic is good for you.. well.. if that's so.. I am one healthy gal!
