    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I'm a mother of 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. Very happily married, 8 years now, and always in search of new, exciting and healthy meals.I love to try and make everything I can from scratch and really dislike using anything pre-made. Campbells soup in my mind does not make a great sauce or gravy!!

    Favorite Foods

I seem to love southwestern flavors and find myself experimenting a lot with those kinds of foods and spices. Recently tried authentic Thai food at a friends house and really enjoyed that to, although I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to try it on my own yet as I'm not very familiar with the ingredients.
