    "Sorry, I just can't give glowing remarks on this one....Too much chocolate for our taste...The Irish Cream doesn't really stand out as much as we would like it....If you like dark chocolate you may be a fan...I didn't make the cheesecake that I usually make & found out our first time guests were culunary arts majors!!!     "I have been using this recipe for years from an old family friend and was suprised to see it here... Everyone fights over the crusted browned top layer so I bake it in a larger dish so there is more browned area & also add chopped onions as I layer in the potatoes with sauce & cheese & onion in each layer....Absolutely fantastic!!!"
