"I followed the recipe exactly and wow - these were delicious! I've never tried flavoring potatoes before baking and it just made the skin AMAZING. The inside of the potato was good, but nothing amazing ... we still all added our usually toppings. But the skin was SO good. I've never eaten the skin before and I devoured it tonight! I did mine ..."

"I made this tonight, and I was pretty disappointed. It was SO bland. I added salt and pepper to the sauce after it was done and that helped, but it was still too bland. It was also very greasy - if I were to make it again, I would cut down on the oil and butter quite a bit and would throw in garlic with the mushrooms and I would then add more s..."

"This was very good! The sauce was delicious. My mahi-mahi was a little bit tough - maybe I had smaller filets? That the only reason I rated it 4 stars - if I use the same size filet again, I will cut down the cooking time."

"Wow - I was also nervous about this being soggy and gross after sitting in the fridge overnight, but it wasn't - it was AMAZING!!!! I made it for a big family event and this got big thumbs up from everyone! It was so much better than other french toast casseroles that I've tried. I made it exactly as the recipe says and it was perfect!"

"I will preface this by saying this recipe will now be my go-to alfredo recipe!!! I have been trying recipes for years, and they are always just not what we are hoping for. This one totally fit the bill!
That being said, I cannot give 5 stars to a recipe that needs tweaking. While this recipe is *almost* perfect, I did have to change ju..."

"I've only used store-bought fondant but wanted to save on money so I searched for a good home-made recipe. This recipe surpassed my expectations! It was pretty easy to make, tasted WAY better than the store-bought stuff, and worked perfectly for the little fondant dogs I made for my daughter's birthday cupcakes (you can see a picture of them in ..."

"Yummmmm! This was realllly delicious. I followed the recipe exactly (except that I didn't realize I was only supposed to put half of the garlic powder in with the butter so mine ended up with 3 tsp of garlic powder.
Next time I will definitely bake it on a rack of some sort as the bottom was very soggy. Still tasty, but soggy."

"I followed the recipe to a T. I had a bigger bird - 19 lbs - so it required a bit more time (3.5 hours. When I checked the breast, the temp read 165. I pulled it out and let it sit for 15 minutes while the rest of the side dishes finished baking. I pierced one of the breasts and was dismayed to see red juice start pouring out, along with still- ..."

"Ok - LOVED the sweet potatoes. But the chicken part ... yikes. Bland, uninteresting, blah. My husband respectful nibbled at a small piece of it but needless to say he's still hungry and dinner is over. If it was just a recipe for roasted sweet potatoes, I would have given it 5 stars. But because of the chicken - I just can't."

"I was pretty disappointed after reading all these reviews. These were very crumbly and no where NEAR "too sweet" as some other reviewers stated. They were so dry that I feel like they are still stuck in my throat right now. I guess that kept me from eating a bunch of them.I think these COULD be good - I just think they definitely need somethin..."
