"Fantastic! I added some diced red bell peppers for a little more bulk, and increased the amount of red pepper flakes. I thought that one serving was enough food, but my husband wanted seconds. I actually liked that the sauce was as thick as it was, so I wouldn't recommend thinning it out."

"Really good recipe -- I've already made it twice. I liked it better using chicken cutlets rather than whole chicken breasts, and I added lots of fresh mushrooms (I love mushrooms! I'm not sure if you are supposed to use red or white wine; I used white, but i bet red might be even better."
