Reviewed Daytona Wings -- Baked Teriyaki Style Chicken Wings
"YUM! I used probably 5-6 garlic cloves (I'm a garlic fan) and only 1/3 cup of sherry because my stock was low. I'm a 22-year-old recent college graduate looking for employment and enjoying my free time by reading, running, and trying new recipes.
My cooking is inspired by my love for fresh food and ingredients. I'm from just outside a tiny midwestern town, where I can walk out my back door and pick bunches of fresh herbs or blackberries and asparagus from wild patches. I think everyone should have the chance to explore their tastes and learn what they like, and cooking has done that for me.
I like fresh flavors, and have a very mediterranean tastes - tomato, cheese, basil, garlic, white wine, and citrus. I crave the savory and don't really prefer sweets, except chocolate, of course.
I've recently been practicing my culinary skills on my family and long-distance boyfriend, and my family claims that my pork chops are the best they've tasted.
I generally prefer to eat in rather than out, but I can't say no to a delicious steak dinner.
