"I made this for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved it! Much easier using the canned sweet potatoes-goes together in a flash. The only suggestion I would make, is to wait to add the marshmallows the last few minutes of baking-mine burned before the rest of it was done."

"Growing up in Kansas, we had these all the time in the school cafeteria. They were called "Schoolboy Sandwiches" and were always a favorite. Hadn't thought of them in years, but now I'm hungry for one! Thanks!"

"Yummm! These muffins are so good, they (almostmake me eager to get out of bed in the morning : I added 1/2 cup pecans and 1 tsp. orange extract just because I liked the added flavor. These also freeze well. Thanks for another great recipe, Mirjam!"

"I loved this soup! It's perfect warm-you-up comfort food on a cold day. I adapted it a little by doubling it, adding smoked turkey sausage and 2-3 tsps of Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic seasoning. I took it to work for lunch today and everyone kept saying "Mmmm-what kind of soup is that?" : Thanks for posting it!"
