"This was very easy and very good. I was wary of all the lemon after reading the reviews, so I left out the zest and used only 1 tbsp of lemon juice. I would have been fine with more lemon flavor, but that amount was also very good. I served it with a roasted chicken, French bread and salad. It was a nice change from the usual sauces."

"This was pretty good. I used 2 cups of brown sugar, added nutmeg, and actually rehydrated dried apples instead of a fresh apple. I tried it about an hour out of the oven and it didn't taste like much, so I was concerned (I was taking the other loaf to another family, but this morning it was good. It was very moist, and my kids ate the whole loaf ..."

"Delicious. I'm not a huge curry fan but I loved the combination of flavors. The whole family loved it. I added grilled chicken and homemade French bread to make it a complete meal. We love entree salads. Thanks!"

"This was good. I added some celery just because I had some I needed to use. I added a little more liquid to make the sauce go farther. I was out of corn starch so I thickened with flour. And bc I'm cashew crazy, I ended up adding more cashews."

"I. Am. Ruined. These were awesome. So light, fluffy and crispy. I love corn dogs, and have been known to go to a festival just to get myself some golden battered deliciousness. Dredging in flour is a must to make the batter stay on. I tried one without just to see, and the batter slipped right off in the oil. I used whole wheat flour in the batter..."

"Be still my heart, all 5 of my kids ate it. Even my picky one. I can't believe she tried it bc she kept declaring she wouldn't eat it while I was making it. She has gone to bed with literally not a bite of dinner bc she refused to eat what I made (and that's her choice. There is always breakfast, so I was certain this would be one of those nights..."

"AMAZING. My SIL made tikka masala from a jar, and it was very good, but I make everything from scratch. I tried this recipe tonight, and it just sings in your mouth! I thought I didn't like Indian food. This is going into the regular rotation. It's so easy too! I halved the cayenne in the marinade, and my jalapeno mysteriously vanished from the f..."

"I thought this was great! I liked the onion in it. As I was eating it, I thought adding some bacon would be tasty. Or maybe using some bacon drippings instead of the olive oil. Mmmmm. I can't wait to have some for lunch tomorrow when the flavors have blended. It was also fast and easy to make. Thanks!"

"We tried it as written, and it was wonderful. Then we put it on top of greens, and it was excellent. On the salad greens it seemed to beg for something salty. We tried both shaved parmesan (the good stuff, and shaved natural rind mild cheddar from a local farm. Both were fabulous."

"This was so good and tasted just like the Shrimp Portofino. I got 2 pounds of fresh shrimp with my CSA order today, and this is what I made. It was awesome! I left out the shallots bc I didn't have any, and I didn't miss them. I used shiitake mushrooms (also from my CSA, and they were perfect in this. did you work there Valerie, because you have ..."
