"Good tasting recipe. Did make a few changes~~had no tapioca so I floured the meat , browning it
with the onions.
Did not make a foil pack~just put everything in crock pot and cooked for 5 hours on low.
Added a few pinches of sugar to decrease the tartness of the tomato paste.
Good but a bit to tomato tasting, Good but not my favo..."

"Changed recipe a bit as I do not have a pressure cooker.
Added beef broth instead of water, 1T better than beef bouillon,
browned the beef , and cooked stove top several hours.
Very good==tasted even better after sitting over night."

"Excellent recipe! made a couple of slight changes.
used 4T marg. 1/2 cup onion,chicken broth instead of water plus 1 boullion cube,
1/2 cup carrots, and a minced garlic clove.

Did make some minor changes.
Added 1/2 c of red wine, decreased dry soup mix to 1T. Will increase to 2 T next time.
My Crock pot cooks very quickly so the
roast was done in 5 hours.
Gravy was outstanding on mashed potatoes."

"This was pretty good.I doubled the sauce
as we tend to like more juice.
My only complaint was it was way to sweet.
I would cut the brown sugar in half next time
I also used sirloin steak and blanched the broccoli in the
micro for 7 min."
