"good recipe, too much tomato sauce. I will make this again but eliminate the tomato sauce completely. Also the recipe does not indicate how much apple cider vinegar to use, so I used a tablespoon."

"This wonderful recipe is from one of my favorite new cookbooks and this is a great recipe that I have made several times and enjoyed. I like to cut split chicken breasts in half and use them instead of drumsticks, but drumsticks are delicious, too. Spicey, but not too spicey, easy to make, great with steamed brown rice pilaf and green salad with a..."

"We love Thai food and this was delicious. I did use multi colored peppers instead of all green bell peppers. I just ate the stuffing because I do not like any kind of bell peppers. It was very flavorful and easy to make. Thank you for posting this great recipe."

"Thank you for posting this recipe. It was in my pile to post and you saved me the trouble. I have made this recipe twice, once with ground beef and once with ground turkey and it was great both times. Spicy, but not ridiculous, I like the fact that it uses lettuce instead of leeks, hard to find and more expensive. Easy to make and really good."

"I have made this recipe for years but never reviewed it. The oriental taste and the moist, juicy burgers are terrific. Easy to make. We serve it with my Different Slaw and steamed rice and warm whole wheat pita. I also serve it with mayonaise flavored with Sriracha. A great recipe, thanks."

"This is one of our favorite recipes. We got it from a Publix flyer, too and have made it regularly. I have been meaning to post this recipe, but never got around to doing so. This tastes like the world's best chicken recipe and we have served it to many guests who love it too."

"I can't believe I have not reviewed this recipe. I make it at least once a month and we love it. I have also made it for company and it is always a big hit. I make it exactly as posted except for adding a splash of oyster sauce. I prefer making it with whole grain spaghetti, but will make it with any spaghetti I have in the house. Easy to make an..."

"This a really great Amish recipe. I used to make it during our exile in Florida, just to have a taste of Pennsylvania. I always look for this pudding when we go to Lancaster County restaurants or food markets. It is easy to make and always delicious and creamy."

"This was awesome! DH and I loved everything about this recipe. The instructions on our Gnocchi only called for 2 minutes of cook time, so we cooked the Broccoli Rabe and Gnocchi together for 2 minutes and it worked perfectly. We used Hot Italian Turkey Sausage. DH just kept on eating and saying Wow between bites. Thanks Jackie for this great reci..."

"This was really good. I used Mirepoix already diced from Trader Joe's instead of diceing the vegetables, I hate chopping vegetables. We loved the macaroni and the yummy sauce with the chicken and vegetables. Everyone who tried it, loved it. Great creation!! Good job. Delicious dinner."
