    I love rice. Did I say I love rice and am not supposed to eat b/c of the carbs. This is delicious. I used Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage but kept the rest of the recipe intact except for the Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup. I served it with Grilled Chicken Breasts and my chopped salad recipe. Great recipe!!"

    This was delicious and easy and healthy. I used low fat cream cheese and mayo and milk and made it for a Christmas Eve dinner. It was devoured by 7 adults and 2 teen age girls. I love spinach. DH who is not a huge fan actually liked it too. Creamy top and perfectly steamed spinach."

    this is not real scrapple. Real scrapple has every part of the pig except the oink and this has sausage. Scrapple needs the iron like taste of the pig';s offal.     We really liked the taste of the asian seasonings with the Zucchini, but, did not like the texture of the zucchini ribbons, it was slimy. Next time we make the recipe, we will just slice the zucchini. Instead of grated ginger, we used ginger paste and used peanut oil instead of the olive oil."

    i realize it says Cumin-Spiced Red Lentil Burgers, but I am not a big fan of cumin, so I cut it back to 1/2 teaspoon and it was still too much for me. The burgers were delicious except for my problem. The next time I make these burgers I will substitute garam masala, about 1 teaspoon. DH and DD2 loved the burgers."
