"Mmmmmmm!!! DH & I can't stay out of this one. I used finely chopped pecans and doubled the amount for candying them. I'll use half later in a granola recipe. The rest of the recipe I actually cut in half, and it worked perfect in my 1.5 qt freezer. Essentially, I have double the pecans. I do wish it had a creamier texture, but the taste can't be b..."

"Quick, easy, and yummy! I made it in less than 10 minutes. I did substitute half of the balsamic for regular white vinegar, and dried parsley for fresh. Next time I will likely add more vegetables and use only one can of beans. Two cans was almost too much. I had planned on eating grapes on the side, but got lazy and tossed them in the same bowl -..."

"This was quite yummy. I made it just as directed (except I might've added more chili powder; I never measure spices. I sprinkled about a tablespoon of cheddar on it, and served it with sweet potato fries. I did add about half a cup of water to thin it out just a tad, and I am going to get 8 servings from it instead of just 6. I can't eat that muc..."

"This was very good! Since I wanted more of a dinner than a salad, I sauteed the vegetables in a skillet with cooking spray. I used canned corn and canned tomato and omitted the cilantro. Next time I may add juice from two limes, because I liked the subtle zing. I'm looking forward to reheated leftovers tomorrow!"

"Yum! I love it when I can put together a meal without heating up the kitchen! I didn't have the chilies and totally forgot to add the cilantro, and I used fat-free Miracle Whip. It was quite good, and very filling. I put it in a whole-wheat wrap with shredded lettuce and a fit of shredded cheddar. Great concoction!"

"This is a unique and yummy recipe. I used whole-wheat pasta, fat-free Miracle Whip, and low-fat Italian dressing to accommodate my diet needs. It was very good. Leftovers only kept for a couple of days before getting runny, however. I'll definitely make this again."

"Although I'm not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar, this was a refreshing salad worthy of being a complete meal. I think next time I'll use red wine vinegar instead - but I can assure you, there will definitely be a next time. This is a tasty, crunchy, healthy salad, and even my picky DH enjoyed it."

"I discovered an apple-less version of this in college. We also sprinkled a tiny bit of sugar with the cinnamon. It sounds strange, but it's so good!"

"This was great! It went together so easily, and smelled wonderful. The only change I made was using a full can of chicken broth instead of one cup of vegetable, and I used a little more than 1 lb. of chicken. It completely filled my crockpot."
