    "Mmmmmmm!!! DH & I can't stay out of this one. I used finely chopped pecans and doubled the amount for candying them. I'll use half later in a granola recipe.     "This was very good! Since I wanted more of a dinner than a salad, I sauteed the vegetables in a skillet with cooking spray. I used canned corn and canned tomato and omitted the cilantro. Next time I may add juice from two limes, because I liked the subtle zing. I'm looking forward to reheated leftovers tomorrow!"

    "Yum! I love it when I can put together a meal without heating up the kitchen! I didn't have the chilies and totally forgot to add the cilantro, and I used fat-free Miracle Whip. It was quite good, and very filling. I put it in a whole-wheat wrap with shredded lettuce and a fit of shredded cheddar. Great concoction!"
