Reviewed Italian Cream Cake (From Beth Lott's Mom

"BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED! for Christmas eve we had an italian dinner so i figured i would make an italian cream cake! followed the recipe exactly, except for both the cake and the frosting i used 1/2 vanilla and 1/2 almond extract. i dont think it would have been as good if i hadn't.. this gives it more of an italian taste. I doubled the frosting so i could frost the whole cake. i used about 3/4 bag of powedered sugar, shouldve used 1/2 a bag. overally AMAZING cake! go make it!
