I also added 2 bananas for flavor and 2 eggs are mentioned in the recipe. What i like the most was that they came out so fluffy. Homemade= no chemicals + difficult to pronounce and digest ingredients."

    "made this recipe with frozen okra. Added 1/4 cup flour with corn meal and 3/4 cup cornmeal. Added garlic(1/4 tsp)Also baked them at 350 degrees in the oven on a greased baking tray for 1.5 hr(until they were brown being careful not to burn them). Used olive oil cooking spray .These turned out really nice...had them with some hot sauce and the ..."
