    As wife and mother of picky eaters I always use the same ingredients.  Most of my recipes use chicken, fish (swordfish, mahi mahi and salmon), ground beef.  If you see tomatoes or mushrooms in my recipes you'll know it was for ME.  I work hard to make each dish balanced nutritionally, colorful, and seasoned.
