    I started cooking when I was 8, and mom worked, so my three brothers always got hungry before she got homeTongue!!!  So, I learned many american dishes, until I got into my twenties.  In the 70's I began with chinese, and have learned greek, italian, spanish, mexican, english, and a little french.  I have also created food, which has been called TBO---Taste Bud Orgasm---LOL!!!  That, and my gardening skills are what keeps me sane in this insane world!!!
