"This was wonderful!!. The first time I made this, I cut the sugars down to 1/4 cup each. Still a little too sweet. Next time I will omit the white sugar completely. The brown sugar and molasses will be enough sweetness for my family."

"These are the best ribs my family and I ever had!!! I had always boiled my ribs in pineapple juice first but baking them for 2 1/2 hours is much better. There isn't anything that I changed in the recipe. My family can't wait for me to make them again. Thanks for posting!!"

"My family loved this recipe except for one thing. We thought that 1/2 cup of salt would be too much so I cut it back to 1/3 cup. Even using that amount, we found it still too salty. I will make this again but use 1/4 cup. "

    LinMarie says:

"My family loves Mexican food and this has become one of our favorites. It took me longer than the prep time stated but well worth it. I used whole chilies but cut them in half. Put the filling mixture in the chili and then rolled up the chili. I have also used diced chilies and combined all of the filling mixture together."
