Reviewed Soy Glazed Tofu and Asparagus

"If you love asparagus, you'll love this recipe. Asparagus is a great nutritious vegetable, and cooking it along with tofu makes it that much better. Throw the mushrooms on the side, and the meal is complete. Use a press like the one from TofuXpress to firm the tofu, it worked very well for me. Good recipe."

    Reviewed Vegan Tofu Balls

"This a great healthy alternative to ordinary ground beef meatballs which are loaded with cholesterol and saturated fat. You barely even taste the tofu in this, and I used a secret ingredient of crushed cheese its for extra flavor. Firming the tofu was easy with a press I got from TofuXpress, drained the water in a cinch. Good recipe."

    Reviewed Tofu Turkey Roast (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Vegan )

"This was a good recipe. Takes some time to prepare properly but it is all worth it. I used a honey glaze to coat it and it came out great. A press I got from TofuXpress made the tofu really easy to drain and firm, I'd give it a try. Overall, good recipe, especially for new tofu eaters."

    Reviewed Tofu Parmesan

"This was awesome. Chicken Parmesan is my favorite dish ever, and after trying to tofu version I must say that not much has changed. My favorite thing to do is use three kinds of cheeses. Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Romano. I also prefer diced tomatoes as opposed to a sauce which I find more messy. Firming the tofu was easy as well with a press I..."

Reviewed Pan-Fried Tofu with Spicy Peanut Sauce

"I'll admit I was a bit hesitant, but intrigued when I first saw this recipe. Spicy peanut sauce? It just didn't make sense to me when I was reading the recipe and making it. Then I tried it, and I must say it was awesome. The sauce definitely gave the tofu a good flavor and I'll be making this again soon. Firming the tofu was extremely easy wi..."

Reviewed Asian Style Savory Baked Tofu

"While I've been a fan of Asian tofu dishes for a while, this one I wasn't too crazy about. The ingredients used didn't provide much taste, and the best part of the dish for me was the veggies and brown rice I always throw on the side with duck sauce. I did find preparation easy though using a tofu press I got from TofuXpress. Good but not great."

    Reviewed Fried Tofu

"Fried Tofu? I was hesistant at first given the non-nutritious connotation that fried foods are usually associated with, however I used peanut oil to fry my tofu to rid it of added fat. I also threw it on a couple slices of bread with some honey BBQ sauce, and it tasted just like a good old fashioned BBQ chicken sandwich. Firming the tofu was so ..."

    Reviewed Tofu Egg Salad

"I grew up on Egg Salad. It was my favorite lunch as a kid for my mom to pack. When I thought of the idea of tofu egg salad at first, I didn't think it would be good at all. Surprisingly, I thought the recipe was great, a little extra salt and pepper to go with it, and throw it on a bagel in the morning. Great recipe and good egg replacement!!"
