    Favorite Foods

    Roast lamb, & root vegies cut in to chunks, the lamb has to have rosemary, white wine garlic ,flour, pepper, mixed to a paste 7 rubbed over & cooked about 140c till the juices run clear, let the meat stand make a roux with whats left in the roasting dish, thin with stock simmer till smooth.

    Have a marmalade steamed pudding, whipped cream & custard to follow
