Reviewed Honey Soy Grilled Salmon with Edamame
     |  By mdhchef333

"This was delicious and surprisingly filling. I upped the quantity of most of the ingredients and marinated the fish for a few hours. You can also substitute Rosemary for the Cilantro for a different taste. Yum!"

"I love this marinade. I only used one lime and added a few tablespoons of riesling wine instead. I replaced the sugar with a two squeezes of honey. I upped the cilantro a bit but did not use cumin. You really can't go wrong on this one. Tastes fabulous!"

     |  By mdhchef333

"Outstanding. The most delicious stir-fry. I replaced the dry sherry with rice vinegar and white wine. Make sure you stir-fry the marinade with the chicken, which I think is not clear in the recipe. I didn't need the hoisin sauce or the extra cornstarch."

"This was a delicious dish. I altered the prep a bit and I was very happy with the results. I cooked the chicken, onions, garlic with a squeeze of lemon juice. I then mixed the salsa, beans, chiles & cilantro together and slightly heated the mixture in the microwave, but kept it separate from the chicken. I also mixed some cottage cheese and so ..."

"I have been trying different potato wedge recipes but nothing came out that well. This recipe changed everything. It's now my go to recipe for potato baked fries. The only change I made was to add chives instead of rosemary and baked at 425 for 17 minutes. Fantastic!"

"I have to admit.. I am shocked how tasty this vegetable side dish came out. I am not a spicy hot fan but I really liked the two pepper combo. I added a splash of fresh lemon juice, dried cilantro and a little white wine in the pan. My vegetables took closer to 10 minutes to cook. So good!"

"This was wonderful! I used my favorite pasta sauce to replace the paste and sauce. I also used balsamic vinegar instead of worcester sauce. I also added some kidney beans. Any which way you prepare it, this one is a winner."
