"Oh these are fantastic- death by chocolate! Pure chocolate heaven! Not for the faint of heart! Bittersweet, chewy, rich! I can't find my recipe and just searched Recipezaar on the off chance and here it is! Thank you!"

"This has been my "go to" gingersnap recipe since I discovered it in TOH years ago. I always add some extra ginger and I never bother to dip them. I also never get anywhere near 14 dozen. We love these! They make great ice cream sandwiches too!"

"Oh my--these are calling me from the freezer where I stuck them to leave them alone. I added an extra egg white as my eggs did not look particularly large. I dipped them in white chocolate and toasted, dry roasted macadamia nuts--the sweet/salty combination was to die for! I'm putting these in my "tried and true" recipe file. Thank you."

"I really liked this recipe. I wasn't sure whether 2lbs of mangoes meant 2 lbs whole or 2 lbs of flesh cut off the pit, so I used 2 lbs of flesh cut off the pit. I think I needed a tad more sugar, which I will add next time as the mangoes were not overly ripe. Thank you."

"I made these for Valentine's Day and cut them into hearts. I made the first batch with dried cherries only and the second batch with dried cherries and minced candied ginger--yum. I dipped half of the cookie in white chocolate, so it was really decadent. Thank you."

"This was very good. I think when I make it again, I would add a third layer of the coffee/kahlua-soaked lady fingers. I needed a bit more "bitter" to cut the sweet. The mascarpone/custard/whipcream mixture would be wonderful in some sort of trifle--so I can see going places with that. Thank you."

"These were very good and easy. I did make them ahead of time and refrigerated them and the nuts lost their toasty crispness, so when I do them again, I'll just make them and serve them without refrigerating. thank you."

"This is how I will prepare asparagus from now on. It was tender and crisp and stayed a pretty green color. I trimmed the ends off, but did not peel them with the vegetable peeler, because it was too much work. I might use slightly less oil next time. thank you."

"These are beautiful and delicious. I had difficulty with the paste coming together and was reluctant to add more orange extract, so I just added a tiny bit of heavy cream and it came together beautifully and the taste was not affected. I toasted the walnut halves, as I prefer a toasted nut. The sugar syrup was wicked hot and I ended up with blis..."
