"Shame on me that I never reviewed these. I make them all the time. They are one of my go to oatmeal cookie recipes. I always get compliments and requests for the recipe. They make a thinner, crunchier cookie, and I like them best plain, w/ no nuts, raisins or chips. Came to the recipe today b/c I need a dessert for a kosher friend for a meat ..."

"I really shouldn't rate this with stars b/c I changed so much, but here it goes. I had some leftover roast beef that I needed to use, so I just used that instead of cooking a strip steak. I sauted the red onions in a little canola oil first so they didn't have as much bite. I used Recipe#303671 for the black bean salsa. But other than all tha..."

"This smelled divine when baking and the chicken was very tender. We didn't feel that the flavor of the marinade permeated enough into the chicken. I think next time I will try marinading it longer, or perhaps using skinless chicken breasts."

"We all really enjoyed this (well everyone but Mr. Picky, but he wouldn't even try it, so he doesn't count. I used 3.5 cups of a frozen mix of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots that I defrosted and chopped. I also sauteed some chopped onion w/ the garlic in a little olive oil and added that to the chopped veggies. Left out the tarragon b/c I d..."

"I used navy beans, yellow corn, and mild green chilies, as that was what I had at home. I completely forgot to add the sour cream and only had cheddar cheese instead of Monterey Jack, but we all enjoyed it very much. Definitely going into the keeper file :"

"Made this as stated except that I added a can of corn. Used plenty of shredded cheddar cheese. I didn't care for the celery, so next time I will substitute some sort of bell pepper as suggested in other reviews. We thought it was quite tasty except for the celery."

"Perfect veggie dish for the fresh green beans and yellow cherry tomatoes I had from the farmer's market. I found the dressing a tad too salty, but that it easy to fix for the next time. This will certainly become a summer favorite in our house."

"Instead of mixing flours, I used 1 cup of white whole wheat flour. The resulting batter was so thick that I added some skim milk to thin it out to a good pancake consistency. Otherwise I followed the directions exactly. Mr. Picky asked for seconds, even though I didn't add chocolate chips to the batter--there isn't much higher praise than that."
