"This was really great! Preparation was simple. I didn't peel my potatoes (I never do, and I substituted a can of cheddar soup. I also added some smoked paprika between layers and added almost 1/2 cup of milk. I did have to cook it longer - about 20 minutes more. Thanks for an easy, yummy scalloped potato recipe!"

"Very good! The bread was moist and the kids loved it! I did use a little less sugar a little more spice and scaled it down to 2 loaves as I used my pumpkin puree from the freezer which I had in 2 cup portions. Definitely will be making this often. Thanks!"

"I found this to be a very delicious recipe. I used garlic powder and added some salt and used fresh mushrooms. It was really quite flavourful yet simple to make. The combination goes very well together. Kids loved it too! I will definately make this again."
