"Very good, I was looking for a kid friendly vegetarian recipe. I cooked fresh garlic in with the lentils and some carrots and celery. I added fresh basil and parsley, and used basil spagettii sauce, putting some on top with a sprinkling of romano cheese and some sliced olives. I also made some mushroom gravy for mine. Yum. Thanks. "I have made this twice now, once for stuffing and once because I liked it. I have fresh herbs growing always, so I'm always trying to find uses for them. "This was very easy and delicious. I used green curry paste, and added brocolli and a sweet round onion, and left out the spinach because I didnt have any. I also added some fresh basil in the end, along with the cilantro. I served it over steamed jasmine rice. It looked and tasted delicious. Thanks."
