    "AMAZING!!! I have been searching for a good gluten-free biscuit recipe for the past year and there is no need to look any further! Soft, tender, tasty biscuits that were very easy to make.     "This was so good! My husband and I loved it! Kater, I think you might have used a deep dish pie crust, because mine was filled to the very top and I just used a regular one. The only thing I did different from the recipe is that I skipped the lemon juice and sprinkled cinnamon on top. We ate ours with vanilla ice cream! Yum!"
