"So glad I came across this recipe. It's a rainy day today and my kiddos requested pancakes for lunch. I happen to see this recipe and had to give it a try. It's sure to be a new staple for us. Like another reviewer, I also used two whole eggs instead of just whites. I added in a bit of cinnamon and about 1 tsp agave. This made 7 small pa..."

"Delicious. Would give it 5 stars, but I think my modifications changed the recipe significantly. Instead of all white flour, used 1c white flour, 1/4c whole wheat flour, 1/4c flax meal. Didn't have blueberries, so used about 5 fresh ripe peaches. I added a tsp almond extract, 1/4tsp allspice, 1/2tsp cinnamon. I also added streusal topping. So..."

"I followed this recipe exactly... so what am I missing?! In retrospect, I would not use a 9x13 pan, this made for a very thin cobbler. I also would add at least one more peach. My peaches were ripe, and I think this made for a very sweet cobbler. I think for ripe peaches I'd cut the sugar some and/or add a little lemon juice to balance things ..."

"I used the "Heart Smart" Bisquick. I added a splash of orange juice to the dough because mine looked a little dry. Made these with my 2 1/2 y/o, very easy and quick! We added a little lemon zest to the top of the cookies. They turned out a little firm on the outside and nice, soft, and chewy inside. Lemon flavor is light but distinct. So eas..."

"Love this recipe. So easy, my little one helps me make them! I always have the ingredients on hand. Taste great with thawed blueberries too."

"Great recipe. Made quite a lot of cookies, I made all, and froze half of the batch for later. I will say, we enjoyed the (thawed cookies from the freezer better than the fresh ones. The fresh ones were a little more dry, but the ones from the freezer were a little more moist. All-in-all, we enjoyed them and will make them again!"

"Very tasty and worth the effort to make fresh fish tacos! I actually didn't use the secret sauce provided because I didn't have the ingredients. But, I just mixed some sour cream, a little lime juice, and some salsa. My hubby is not a huge fish fan but loved these too!"

"I made this recipe pretty much just as written. I did use a little less milk because the dough was getting too sticky too work with. I had to add a little more flour to make the dough workable too. I was a little surprised by the texture. Mine came out basically like a sweet tasting biscuit. Still yummy, but definitely not was I was going for..."
