"This was a good first meatloaf for me. I too added 1 tbs Worcestershire as a replacement for 1tbs of the vinegar in the sauce. I also added a couple of garlic cloves and sauted with the onions before adding to the meat mixture and added a teaspoon of all purpose seasoning. It came out very tasty."
