    "Holy cow, this was delicious! I always loved Applebee's tequila lime chicken but have missed it since I stopped eating meat. I made this using Quorn Chik'n cutlets and it was awesome. I did everything to the recipe specs accept of course the meat, and me and my wife loved it. I'm sure it's fine with chicken but you can eat just as good with veg..."

    About Me

    I'm in college for a non food thing right now because unless you're a chef of your own kitchen, cooking kind of sucks. I love cooking from my heart. I love being able to grab any spice and throw it into the pot. You can't do that in somebody else’s kitchen.  I really like Gordon Ramsey. He doesn't respect anybody who isn't passionate about cooking.  If you want to cook you have to love it.

    Favorite Foods

    Oh, any food. I used to think that the more ingredients the better, but now I realize that simple is better.  You want the eater to be able to taste every profile of the dish.  I don’t love Greek food, but it has elements that are good.
