"Great! I used traditional Greek yogurt and mint instead of dill. I have to say- a bit too garlicky for me. I like the tzatziki to cool and balance-out the already garlicky gyro meat. Next time, I will omit a clove or two. Otherwise- the consistency and flavor are perfect! Grating and draining the cucumber makes this recipe better than others. And..."
