"I only used this recipe for the au jus portion. I made a rib roast and needed some dipping sauce. This au jus was delish! It had a fantastic herbed flavor that was enhanced with the richeness of the red wine. I would make this dip again for sure. Complimented a lovely roast."

"super flavourful dish. Very lemony but I love lemon, it makes everything taste delish. This recipe was very easy. I added more garlic and capers as a personal preference.
