    About Me

    I live in Williamsburg Ohio with my DH and 7 yr old DD. I work as a police dispatcher.. Since working strange/long/rotating hours is a job requirement, it is often a challenge for me to be able to find recipes that can be easy & quick, or able to cook for a VERY long time in a crock pot (and be ready when I get home. (or get up..)) My husband works in law enforcement as well, so his days rotate as well..

    Favorite Foods

    I don't have a specific dish that I love to cook, I like trying out lots of stuff to see what works and what doesn't.. My DH loves my beef stroganoff and my swiss steak.. But he fell in love with me after I baked him chocolate chip cookies, so I guess that would be my 'specialty.'
    I love lots of different restaurants.. I guess my favorite would be Red Lobster, but we don't usually go there because it's not everyone else's favorite! I love a good steak from Outback or TX Roadhouse, and I love the Italian from Carrabbas and Olive Garden..
