"I really liked this. I didn't have noodles, so I served it over mashed potatoes. I also didn't have enough sour cream, so I used about 1/4 cup sour cream with about 3/4 cup heavy cream and about 1/2 cup of chicken broth. I also added a cap full of soy sauce since I love soy sauce with cream of mushroom soup. Very good comfort food."
